I've been having intermittent issues uploading this week. I think they are tied to my computer, but I upgraded to SDK 1.1.9 and they haven't gone away. I was once able to get around them by throwing away the auth cookies in my user folder. (It's possible that was a different but similar error. I don't recall).
I've never had issues before. It's unbelievably frustrating to not be able to deploy a new feature after I've been up all night building it. The traceback is below. Also, since upgrading to 1.1.9 both runserver and update have been very frustrating. runserver won't work unless I delete the . in .google_appengine's link; however, I can't update without putting it back in. If I forget to remove the ., usually I have to start the whole server over.
