Let's say Chinese need help from the world to deal with this Chinese problem, and especially from the only super power and flag bearer of freedom and democracy. If Google can go a step forward from 'do no evil' to stand up against evil, I would like it much more. Don't forget it did give in and imposed self-censorship on the search results in China. Ever read the poem by Martin Niemoeller, 'first they came...' They came first for the Communists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics, and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for me, and by that time no one was left to speak up. Can't help.
