My story is similar. I just released a pair of applications (SpeedCoach Mobile & StrokeCoach Mobile) - one for the iPhone 3G and another for the iPhone or iPod touch. My applications are for rowers and paddlers and display real-time performance information during workouts (stroke rate, elapsed time, distance, speed, pace, etc). All workout data is saved and can be uploaded to my GAE app and accessed through my Facebook application (SpeedCoach Log, also served by GAE). More info at http://www.performancephones.com
For me, it was important to be able to be able to start small & cheap, but with the ability to easily scale up if my apps are successful. I was new to Python, but everything came together quickly. The GAE team has done a great job of solving some really hard problems with a simple, approachable model. Nice work! --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google App Engine" group.
