I'm glad to say that BDBDatastore 0.2 is now out. This brings BDBDatastore up to feature parity with the production datastore, meaning you can run your App Engine app on your own hardware with BDBDatastore as the storage backend* without having to change any of your datastore-using code.
Details here: http://blog.notdot.net/2009/4/BDBDatastore-02-released Feedback appreciated, of course. * BDBDatastore is only one component (albeit one of the largest ones) of running App Engine apps in production outside Google. Notably, you still need a server environment to run it on other than dev_appserver, which is not designed to be used for production deployment. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google App Engine" group.
