Hello fellows, I want to kick of a discussion about Google App Engine use in Sub Saharan Africa. Following questions come to my mind:
1. How stable is the availability of apps down in Sub Saharan Africa; does Google have server-farms there, or is the traffic just routed to data-center somewhere in the Middle East? 2. How can African Entrepreneurs do a check out? Google Checkout does not support so much African countries, so they have to search for an agent e.g. in the US to do the billing for him?
