You can filter on more then one property, only one filter can have an
inequality operator.
adminX = 'admin1'
blocX = 'bloc1'
que = CUser.all()
que.filter('id_admin = ', adminX)
que.filter('bloc = ', blocX)
result = que.fetch(50)
