Hi David, Every request was either authenticated (both oauth and normal basic auth) or outside the rate limiting criteria, I.e posts.
Regardless the situation seems to not be occuring now, it is just trying to get to the bottom of the problem as there were proper "app engine" exceptions but that could be a result of the status code returned.
