I know about the "CapabilityDisabledError" exception. I'd like to test my application in the local environment and simulate failures of the datastore, memcache, etc. Is there an easy way to simulate service failures locally? Anyone have any techniques for doing this if it's not directly supported in the SDK? Thanks!
