Nick, can you please help me too?! I tried to get verification code to 2 different Estonian mobile operators' numbers (EMT and Tele2) - no success. I couldn't report the problem in http://appengine.google.com/waitlist/sms_issues either - i got error message "carrier". thanks in advance!
