Hey Paul,

Why don't you follow the correct way of reporting spam?
Which would be:

- Get the message's header
- Check the IP address that the spammer is sending the messages from;
- whois that address to find out the network owner (the source network
owner is the guy to be blamed, not the website's host) ;
  Note that the sender's address mail is extremely easy to spoof, so
even if it's @gmail.com, this doesn't mean it's actually a GMail
account.
- Send a message to abuse@<network_owner> and copy abuse@<the nic of
the owner's country>

Another simpler way is to create a filter in your mailbox to filter
these messages out.
