I just did a deployment of my AppEngine app, and a style sheet I have in my application was being served as a 3 day old copy (even older than my pre-deployment version today).
I created an entirely new app version, and depoyed that. The correct files were being served from appspot, but not from my custom domain. Finally, I modified the file, to force it to upload a new version again, and that seemed to work and replace the old file that was being served. It looks like the static CDN was out of sync with the latest files I had uploaded.
