Hi KARi, As long as you continue to observe the Terms of Service, you are perfectly within you rights to charge for services provided by your app, or to sell your app outright. The TOS do not include prohibitions against commercial use. However, if you are concerned, I would highly recommend having a lawyer look at the TOS and provide advice.
