Hi,

Have you checked that your app.yaml (or web.xml, in the case of Java)
is valid? This sort of error often occurs if you have a handler set up
in app.yaml that points to a Python handler script that doesn't exist
or wasn't uploaded.

Also, have you tried this on the Development server? Does it work there?
