The problem is bigger than I thought. I'm getting errors when I try to update my apps as well:
HTTPError: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden Error 403: --- begin server output --- You do not have permission to modify this app (app_id=u'kaoncom'). --- end server output --- It appears that creating a google apps version of my email account has fouled up GAE's notion of who I am.
