I have never registered for a GAE account, nor have I tried until today. And yet the site tells me that either too many messages have been sent, or my number has already been used on another account.
But don't carriers reuse cell numbers? I mean, isn't it *possible* that my number was used by its previous owner to setup a GAE account? Heck, I'll confirm with a credit card if they want. This is just plain weird and frustrating.
