Hi Andrew,
If you created your app with authentication set to the default settings, you
currently need to create a @gmail.com account and add it as an administrator
for bulk upload etc. If you selected 'apps' authentication for the domain
you created the app on, you need to use an account on that domain as the
administrator when doing bulk upload etc.
