Apologies Szczepan, I had indeed missed your email and you should now be able to vacuum. Please keep me posted if you get stuck again. Since your app has a large number of indexes, you may encounter issues if you delete and re-add the indexes multiple times in a day as there is currently a known issue with the index count. This should be improved in the next release but for now deleting indexes multiple times in a day can cause problems with the index count quota.
