I created one application "milif123" and now I want to create a second. I press "Create an Application", open page "Verify Your Account by SMS", where I inter Mobile Number (same as when create first app), Send and get error "The phone number has been sent too many messages or has already been used to confirm an account. " How can I create a second application?
