So I had my app hosted at appname.appspot.com and I added a custom domain via Google Apps so that my app could also be accessed through prefix.mydomain.com. Everything was working fine, until I used the AppEngine Dashboard to remove the custom domain.
Right now, the only thing showing in the Dashboard or GoogleApps is https://appname.appspot.com But, when I point a browser at https://appname.appspot.com it redirects to prefix.mydomain.com which is no longer there (and I get a google 404). The domain change was made on Friday, which should have allowed enough time for any propagation issues.
