Every time I click the button to create a new application on the above webpage and fill out the info and submit, it takes me back to the same webpage again! Then when I go to create an application again, the app name I requested last time is no longer available, but it's clearly not accessible to me since I can't get to any dashboard (it's as if my app name was reserved but the app was not actually associated with my account, so trying to go to the dashboard URL takes me to the above start page instead).
