I actually do not have anything directly mapped like your "main2.py," but I
do have "subsystem" handlers like:
- url: /user/.*
  secure: always
  script: /user/main.py

Have you tried:
- url: main2.py
 script: /main2.py


My catchall looks like:
- url: .*
  script: main.py
  secure: optional
