I'm trying to add www.mysuperdomain.com to my GAE application. I already have verified that I own my domain and I have a working www2.mysuperdomain.com alias setup for testing. However when I try to add www, there is no error message, the URL is not added, just nothing happens. There is an existing A record in our DNS records for www (will change once we can safely switch) but that can't be the only reason because I tested with foobar which also has an existing A record.
Please note that mysuperdomain.com is not the actual domain name, I'm happy to provide the real domain name to google support for throuble shooting. A second issue that has been bothering us is that one of our developers is listed twice. Once as Pending once as Active. This causes all kinds of strange issues for him. He can deploy but can't use the panel because he is still prompted to verify. I'm hesitant to delete the pending entry because I fear it might cut off all access he has. Is there a better way to get support on these issues that seem to be bugs in the admin system?
