I do agree with this but .... do not make it plain automatic process, some kind of evaluation must be done somehow - but sure it needs a more aggresive rescheduling, since appls are staying there for ever. By the way ... as I have posted some time ago there are application(s?) listed in app galery althought are not hosted in App enginge - and they talk loud and clear about that. How did they made it there in the first place and how it comes thaat are still listed there - no body knows. So something must be done about all this - may be more transparent rules ? may be establish a kind of review team ?
