Hi. I'm trying to enable billing on a new application (id: steprep- staging). After enabling it, the status in the dashboard changes to 'Activating Billing' but then after a little while if flips back to 'Free'. Does a certain amount of time need to pass before the enabling takes effect or is there something wrong?
