I personally like DropBox because it allows you to download your folders as zip and I guess there is no upper limit on no. of computers you syc, not even for free accounts :) . SyncPlicity is also a great service but it doesn't support folder download (as zip), it might put in trouble if you sometimes want to download a folder directly from website. One great feature of SyncPlicity is that it can sync your Google Docs compatible files (doc, xls, and ppt) to Google Docs.
