My family invested a nice sum of money in a company that had an ex-
google employee in 2007. The company claimed to have IP rights to
code that does exactly what Google Moderator does and aside from a
horrible attempt at integration into WordPress looked the same. When
Google released Moderator the company said it dropped its patent apps
and now the company has closed its doors with little to no explanation
after a year of runarounds on the code... I was wondering if I could
get someone to look at the code (which they just open sourced and
dumped here: http://github.com/holsinger/openfloor ) and see if it is
the same code? I read the post from Taliver Heath about how he
created it... Just seems rather odd at this point. If anyone can
help us determine if the code on github is original it would be very
appreciated. Also, if the Moderator code is Open Source when was it
listed? We are trying to get a timeline together.

Thanks!
