Hi All, I am sending a very standard "Account Confirmation" email from my GAE powered website www.smbreviews.com The idea is simple, an email will sent out from "[email protected]" asking recently registered users to confirm their email address, this is just under development currently.
Everything seems to be working except that the email is very consistently going to the SPAM folder on gmail, yahoo and hotmail :( What are we supposed to do here? What are the best practices to ensure that legitimate small business websites like mine who want to adhere to all anti-spam policies can avoid having its email ending up in the spam folder?
