You must be leaving out some steps here. let's start from the top: What kind of account do you have? a Google Account or a Google App Account? for a Google Account: You would go to https://appengine.google.com/ and Sign in. This would bring you to "My Applications", which has a list of any applications that belong to this account. Are there any listed there? is so when you click on one. what happens? if not, click 'Create an Application' this should bring you to the 'Create an Application' page.
