I just received the announcement from the GAE team that all issues have been resolved. Unfortunately, not for me. I still can't update my app since I put it in maintenance mode 4 hours ago. I hope this doesn't mean that you guys at the GAE team are going home and considering this to be complete and leaving me and others in the same situation hanging.
