I am using the Java runtime, but I haven't seen any performance
improvements after the today's downtime.
Moreover, the cron jobs are still not working, which is making my app
behave unpredictably.
Also, I am getting latencies up to 11-15 secs from cold start.
I hope the issue gets resolved quickly.
