I really would like to know this too. Why aren't they switching over to the second datacenter? How long will this outage approximately last? I think there should be somebody for this cases to give us detailed infos. It is really frustrating if you don't know whats going on and the only thing you can tell your users/customers is: I hope this will be fixed soon...
