At 3pm February 24th, we have temporarily disabled billing on all App Engine applications in the wake of the unexpected morning outage. While billing is disabled, your application will continue to use up to your existing budget values, but we will not issue charges as a result of that usage. We will also not be charging for resource usage before and during the outage on the 24th. We will update this thread once billing has been re-enabled.
