Yes this fixed my problem, thanks. A little confusing, since there was no selection on the service provider after choosing country. Some service providers go by several names. Got it right at the end.
The page also does not explain that it will fix the problem I had. It seemed to be only fixing "can not receive SMS" issues. But it did fix it. Thanks again.
