It's not necessary to set up a separate account. I believe you can, however; there have been requests to have a second account activated without a separate SMS, and they're directed to the SMS issues form rather than being told "no, you can't have 2 accounts". > 2. You can point your domain name to the app by making it a Google Apps domain and then adding your application to it. There is a free Standard Edition.
