All, With the introduction of Query Cursors, do we still need to implement entity indexes for rigid ordering and efficient paging? In Brett Slatkin's talk on Building Scalable Web Apps with GAE, he discussed how to create a blog - and uses the index technique; however, query cursors seem to go a long way in fulfilling the need - ?
