As I recall, there are 50 free email accounts with the free version of
Apps. More with the paid version. I am not sure if Apps accounts are
limited on the number of emails sent per day.
From within AppEngine there are limits to how many emails you can
send each day, there are also limits to how fast you can send them.
Note that Google Apps and Google AppEngine are not the same thing.
