I'm using Google Apps for my domain and added an email address to Google Apps. I changed the email address of my Google Account (which is connected with Google App Engine) to my new Google Apps powered email. Every Google Service works fine with the new email, but when I try to update an app of my Google Account, App Engine says I don't have the permissions to modify the app: Application: gaeapp123; version: 1. Server: appengine.google.com. Scanning files on local disk. Scanned 500 files. Scanned 1000 files. Initiating update.
