Well, if I go to https://appengine.google.com/start/createapp and check its availability, I get "Sorry, 'datanucleus-appengine' is not available." Which is quite a good clue ;-) That seems sensible, but then, how could we use this name if we are the project owner on Google Code? Thanks all for your response.
