It will not work - at least in my case, Catch All allowed to forward
all emails into same account,
so, what means, I can only forward all emails comes into specific
address in @mydomain.com into another adress in @mydomain.com
But - to make this email forwarded into GAE application, I need to
forward it into some email in @appid.appspotmail.com

Also - I did not found forwarding option in email service settings -
looks like I should do it in Gmail for some specific account.

It looks not very comfortable - for me looks like in case if some
application in GAE assigned to some domain (so, I see GAE settings in
my GApps CPanel) it should be possible also to set, what some emails
should be processed not by Mail System in GApps, but be forwarded to
GAE application (so, it is possible to process it by MailHandler
there).
