Our tasks stopped running last night around 7pm pacific. Currently tasks are piling up in our queues, although we are still well under quota (API calls 0%, task count 4%, task bytes 8%).
However, it's only a certain type of task! That is, we have a common task that is not running, but a rare task (hourly) that still is.
