Recent couple of days like 15% of messages I got from AppEngine groups (google-appengine and google-appengine-java) were about applications being unreachable. AppEngine is something that develops so one can understand but let's be honest, it sometimes happens... Just browse back google-appengine and/or google-appengine-java tosee for yourself whether it is something that you should be concerned about. 11.
