BTW, I've tried using both:
https://www.google.com/a/example.com/o8/ud?be=o8 https://www.google.com/accounts/o8/site-xrds?hd=example.com without success. In place of example.com I'm using an apps domain that is neither premium nor educational...so should have openid already enabled. Any help much appreciated.
