Thanks for your fast response. I hope we will get more details in the future about these outages (I guess this time it was big issue, since Google Docs reported a BigTableOverQuotaException). Maybe some more details added to downtime notifies will help developers plan their use of App Engin and appreciate the work AppEngine team does to keep things going.
