It can't be done at the moment, although it's on the roadmap. The main App Engine roadmap doesn't have any projected dates, but the App Engine for Business roadmap projects it for the end of the year.
My impression is that the main block to implementation is browser support for SNI; IE, Chrome, and Safari don't support it on Windows XP or versions of OS X before 10.5.6, and these configurations do still represent a substantial proportion of installed browsers.
