I have a similar problem: I had already used my cell phone number for SMS Verification for App Engine (consumer edition). But now when I try to use the same phone for App Engine for Business it complains, "The phone number has been sent too many messages or has already been used to confirm an account." . How can I sign for App Engine for Business now? Help......
