I will be working on Google Apps integration(via the marketplace) for paying customers. It will include the ability to publish the documents on your domain, and full customization via CSS. Sorry the pricing is not decided yet. There have been some interest in the editor itself too, and leasing a custom build for your own app engine account and your own customers might be possible in the longer term.
