We are just back from the dead. Our app was 100% down (dashboard too) for the last 15 minutes:
It was showing the infamous: Error: Server Error The server encountered an error and could not complete your request. If the problem persists, please report your problem and mention this error message and the query that caused it. And it was doing so even for the static content! Glad to be back, but these past few days have been super painful...
