Hello I am a Delphi and Java software developer and would like to implement a GAE application which allows client apps to store data in JCache and retrieve it later. However this application could be misused for file sharing if the cache key is known to other clients, so I am not sure if this usage would be in compliance with the Program Policies. For a demo of this application I can limit data content size to a few KB (but this restriction could make it less attractive for potential users).
