Ah i see, i think you are offering your uses an openid login (client) ie they can login with say their twitter or facebook user credentials. What i want is to be an openid provider - allow other sites to login with the credentials they set on my site. Can you confrm which you have/are doing. App engine does provide oauth but i beleave this is restricted to using the app in google acounts login mode. I have my own user/account service.
