Hi This was nearly introduced, and the community overwhelmingly rejected the proposal. There are a number of issues that such a facility introduces.
Using a shared fileservice or source code control (actually a much better strategy) is what you should be using. I don't think Ikai was being humorous. It might be worth reviewing this thread to see just how negative the facility was received.
